No. We offer educational coaching and document preparation assistance only. We do not provide legal advice, act as authorized representatives, or file documents on your behalf. We recommend consulting a licensed attorney for legal matters.


We use simple, transparent starting prices:


  •  Most coaching services: $250 – $500 flat fee
  • Mediation & Faith-Based Counseling: $150 per session
  • Ongoing support: $500 per month 


Exact pricing is confirmed during your free consultation based on your family’s needs.

No one can guarantee approval. We help you prepare stronger applications and avoid common mistakes, but final decisions are made by AHCCCS, DDD, or DES.


Yes. We provide educational guidance to help families understand eligibility and prepare ESA applications for qualified educational expenses.


We help you create detailed, accurate plans that clearly describe your loved one’s daily needs, strengths, and goals so decision-makers better understand the level of support required.


Yes. We offer neutral family mediation and optional faith-based counseling / mediation for families who want Christ-centered guidance.


Many families see results within the first 1–3 sessions. Complex cases or ongoing support can last several months.


Yes. We work with families statewide via phone, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings (Phoenix area).


We offer flexible monthly ongoing case management support for families who want consistent guidance.
